President, Rob Young

Rob Young is the President/CEO of Communicating Results Group, a collection of full service marketing companies based in Greenville, South Carolina. Total Influence, an Interactive Marketing Firm, is one division under the umbrella of Communicating Results Group. Other divisions under this umbrella include a video production company, HD Pro Production and an automobile dealership advertising company, Creative Car Ads.

A reflection of Mr. Young’s 25-year career as an advertising, media, and automotive dealership marketing professional, is his believe in personal service, taking a back-to-basics hands-on approach, while fostering the agency-client partnership.

Mr. Young’s winning formula is to keep communication lines open, develop and stick to well thought-out strategies, while executing flawlessly.


 

Division Manager, Ed Creighton

Previously employed at a large multi-point automotive franchise, Ed Creighton joined the team at Communicating Results Group in 2006. Ed will foster the relationship between clients and agency. He'll ensure the success of campaigns, plan and forecast advertisements and will ascertain your greatest growth opportunities.

With over 10 years of automobile dealership management experience, Ed is very familiar with and skilled in the day-to-day operations of an automotive dealership. Ed understands the challenges, external and otherwise, facing today's automotive dealer. In this capacity Ed was the liaison between agency and dealership, working both ends, defining target audiences and tailoring campaigns to meet dealership needs and budget requirements. Ed also enjoyed a stay as a publisher of a newspaper automotive section gaining experience creating various echelons of institutional, image, information and cooperative print promotions before uniting with the agency.

Clients enjoy Ed's ability to mirror traditional media in with digital campaigns. Ed has spent the majority of his time at Total Influence ensuring clients' success in the digital realm.

Ed holds degrees from the Community College of the Air Force and University of Maryland in Business Management.


 

Interactive Media Marketing Manager, Kendrick Wilson

With an educational background in Multimedia and Visual Communications from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill plus numerous years of professional experience handling interactive marketing for multiple clients/divisions, Kendrick brings a youthful creativity to the Total Influence team that is essential for effective Interactive Marketing on the web in today's fast-paced world.  From search engine marketing and search engine optimization to email marketing, social media marketing and website development, Kendrick has knowledge of which strategies to utilize to reach optimal conversion rates for different industries or B2B vs. B2C companies.

When handling interactive internet marketing, the playing field is constantly changing and evolving.  With experience working in such an industry for over 7 years, Kendrick has the ability to roll with the changes the industry presents while maintaining the results Total Influence is known for.


 

Creative Director, John Jennings

Mr. Jennings brings over 30 years of experience to the table, and oversees the creative direction of all advertising for Total Influence.

Jenning's artistic talents emerged when he was two years old when his adoptive parents to him to a specialist to find out why he could write his name at such an early age.  After testing, it was determined that he couldn't write, but instead was "drawing" what he saw.  At the age of ten he was united with his aunt, world-renowned artist Mae Bergman, for formal training.  After his family relocated from Oklahoma, Jennings resumed his studies at Masseur Museum of Fine Arts in Louisiana.

He began his professional career with Gannett News as an advertising layout artist, advancing to advertising art director and finally graphics editor and creative director during his nine year stay.  His accolades at Gannett included over 50 Associated Press, Best of Gannett and Advertising Addy Awards.

An accomplished wildlife artist, Jennings work has been auctioned off at Ducks Unlimited banquets and he recently served as the Ducks Unlimited South Carolina State Webmaster and Art Committee Chairman.  He is also a member of the Native American Journalist Association.

John relocated to Greenville, South Carolina to join Gerber Childrenswear as senior designer and also taught advanced Photoshop and Freehand classes at the Southern Institute for Advanced Technologies.

He joined Rob Young for the 1999 launch of an internet branding company and remained with him for the launch of Total Influence.


 

Video Production Manager [HD Pro Production], Scott Warren

Scott joins Communicating Results Group bringing a combined 12 years of experience in broadcast media. Beginning in radio at the age of 18, Scott served as an on-air personality in small and medium markets until his mid twenties where he made the transition into the world of video. In 2006, Scott earned a certification in television production from Alpha Pacific Institute in Phoenix, Arizona. After a stint in live event production, Scott found himself in Los Angeles working in the television industry. It was at the multi Daytime Emmy Award winning agency, Studio City, that Scott began to hone his skills in post production working on projects for shows and studios such as: Live! With Regis and Kelly, Tyra Banks, Ellen Degeneres, NBC and CBS. Following a few years with Studio City, Scott branched off on his own and began working freelance for advertising agencies such as TBWA/Chiat in Los Angeles, working on commercials for Apple. Scott has also worked on the SyFy reality series Fact or Fake: Paranormal Files as well as multiple pilots.

A recent graduate of Limestone College, Scott brings a bevy of talent behind the camera as well as at the editing bay. While at Limestone College, Scott wrote, filmed, and produced several videos for the institution's athletic department while also helping the sports information department grow and develop their webcast production. As a result, The Saints Sports Network has become the benchmark for webcast production among all member institutions of the Conference Carolinas.

Scott now lives in Greenville with his fiance Belen and their dog Penny Lynn.


 

Business Development Head, Rita Hunter

If your goal is to meet your business goals, then meet with Rita Hunter.  After graduating in 1989 with an English and Communications degree from Clemson University, Rita Hunter started her career in media and marketing and never stopped.  Since her first career days, Rita has been a new business developer whether for media or her own businesses in advertising agency work or publishing.

Rita has owned and managed three businesses including her own advertising agency for 10 years.  She has a critical view and insight in helping businesses turn themselves around and live up to the full potential of success.  Advertising continues to change and Rita brings the best of the traditional and interactive worlds to strategic marketing plans.  She enjoys spending time with clients to get to know the crucial needs of growth and results from advertising and marketing.

In addition to bringing years of experience to advertising, marketing and business development.  Rita has been actively involved in the Greenville Ad Club, Society to Advance Media Professionalism, South Carolina Ballet, Women in Communications and the Greenville Humane Society.  Her favorite hobbies are walking her rescue puppy (Drake), hiking, cycling reading a lot of fiction and watching Clemson Football games.


 

Business Development, Bryan Bobo

With over 13 years of entertainment and live performance under his belt, Bryan found that his true passion would pave the way to his career in Marketing. After graduating from Georgetown University in 2005, he began as small company in south Florida that helped market and promote local musicians, both by helping them record demos and assist them in booking gigs. He soon came to realize that his musical boundaries could easily be broken when restaurants and country clubs were frequently calling on his services to put together events and promotions to draw more visitors. As an onstage personality, networking and social skills came very natural and helpful in communicating with people of all walks of life to find out their business wants and needs to succeed.

Bryan recently joined forces with the Communicating Results group in late 2012. His young energy and understanding of media production and social media importance gives him the ability to combine the traditional marketing techniques with the innovative tactics of today's generation.


 

Business Development, Katie Crenshaw

Katie Crenshaw advises businesses, organizations and individuals on how to use social media and advertising to build relationships and ad value to their product.

She is a graduate from Campbell University with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and is a native to Fayetteville, North Carolina.  Having spent the past several years volunteering for numerous local non-profits, Katie has made a significant impact to the Fayetteville Community.  Some of these organizations include the Junior League of Fayetteville, the Child Advocacy Center, Fayetteville Urban Ministry, Fascinate U Museum, American Red Cross and the Cape Fear Valley Health Foundation Board.  Katie was the founder and co-chair of the Fayetteville Duck Derby; an all day festival of live music, food and fun in which thousands of rubber ducks raced down the river to raise money for over thirty non-profits.  Her outgoing personality combined with passion, leadership, creativity and social/networking skills has made this event one of the most anticipated annual fundraisers in Fayetteville.

Katie joined the Total Influence team bringing positive energy, a strong work ethic and an attention to detail to her clients that Total Influence is recognized for.
